Ann Edwards

**Ann Edwards**, 67, of Versailles passed away at 1:30pm, Thursday, April 23, 2020 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born at the Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg on August 6, 1952 the daughter of Ralph and Loa McCauley Fischer. Survivors include her husband Don Edwards; her son Scott (Sherry) Hunter of Elrod; daughter Sandy (Keith) Morris of Greensburg; step-sons Jason (Rachel) Edwards of Holton and Jeff (Andrea) Edwards of Batesville; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; two brothers Jack (Irene) Fischer of Greendale and Johnny (Janie) Fischer of Aurora. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Daniel Fischer. Mrs. Edwards was a 1970 graduate of South Ripley High School. She was a homemaker and had worked as a jailer at the Ripley County jail in Versailles. She enjoyed the outdoors and mushroom hunting, but especially loved her family and took many over the road truck trips with her husband and son. Ann was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church at Dewberry and the Milan OES.
