Arthur Kelly

Arthur Kelly, 68, of Napoleon passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022. He was born in Milan on February 24, 1954, the son of Cecil and Thelma Byrd Kelly. Survivors include two sons Shawn Kelly of Pensacola, Florida and Seth (Brittany) Hull of Butlerville; three daughters Wendy (RJ) Fox of Zanesville, Ohio, Jennifer (Andrew) Sykes of Bright, and Carla Bellingham; one brother Ernie (Ellen) Kelly of Belmont, California, and his companion Patty Hull of Dabney. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Carrol Jean Taylor and Sharon Reese. Mr. Kelly attended school in Holton and was a veteran of the US Army. He was a former employee of Delta Faucet in Greensburg and drove for Yellow Freight Lines. He enjoyed riding his Harley, collecting pocket knives and pocket watches, and clocks, and going to flea markets and garage sales. Arthur was a member of the Osgood American Legion. Arthur's wishes were to be cremated. Memorials may be given to the Osgood American Legion in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
