Barbara Ann Prarat Morris

Barbara Ann Prarat Morris passed away Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. She was born in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of William and Helen Roussert Douglas. She is survived by her husband Paul, sons Jack (Kathi) Prarat of Aurora and Doug (Sandy) Prarat of Morris; one daughter Kim Boyer of Cincinnati; grandchildren Sarah, Geoff, Matt, Emily, Lindsey, Chris, Jacob, Abby, Andrew, and Logan; great-grandchildren Trey and Julie Ann; one brother William (Mel) Douglas of Lewis, Delaware; niece Leigh (Tom) Joos and family Conner, Eric, and Elana; nephew Tim (Kim) Douglas and son Jordan. Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Becky Christman. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 12 at 11am at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. David Shivers of the Hopewell Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Holton Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2pm to 5pm. Memorials may be given to the Hopewell building fund in care of the funeral home.
