Clara Williams

Clara Williams, 69, of Holton passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at her residence. She was born in Estill County, Kentucky on August 9, 1937 the daughter of Beverly and Amanda Sparks Horn. She was married to Milford Williams on April 21, 1957 and he survives. Other survivors include two sons, Roy Glenn of Hawaii, and Gregory of Holton, one daughter, Cathy Jo Sizemore of Osgood, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, mother-in-law, Martha Williams of Holton, six brothers, James of Madison, Robert of Kent, Wayne of Osgood, Ron of Versailles, Keith Horn of Indianapolis, and Kenneth Bruce of Madison; three sisters, Wanda Dinsmore of Partridge, Kentucky, Alma Landry of Madison, and Anna Perkinson of Vernon. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Kevin. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker. She was a member of the Cedar Creek Community Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 21, at 11:00 am at the Cedar Creek Church with Rev. Garland Rudd officiating. Burial will be in the Flat Rock Cemetery at Holton. Visitation will be Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles and from 10:00 am until time of services at the church on Saturday. Memorials may be given to the Cedar Creek Church or King's Daughter's Hospice in care of the funeral home.
