Clarissa L. Westmeier

**Clarissa L. Westmeier**, 23, of Versailles passed away Monday, December 12, 2005 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She was born at Columbus on March 31, 1982 the daughter of William and Bennilee Phillips Westmeier. Survivors include her mother Bennilee Westmeier of North Vernon; her father William Westmeier and his wife Mary of Versailles; one brother Aaron Westmeier of Versailles; paternal grandparents Aaron and Geneva Westmeier of Versailles; maternal grandparents Lee and Wanda Phillips of Versailles; step-brother Vince Kieffer and step-sister Vanessa Kieffer both of Versailles; her boyfriend Aaron Gorth of Versailles along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Clarissa was a 2000 graduate of South Ripley High School and was a community living instructor for Rest Care. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, December 15 at 10am at St. John's Catholic Church in Osgood with Father Frank Eckstein officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 14 from 5pm to 8pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rosary services at 7:30pm. Burial will be in the Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles. Memorials may be given to Rescue 69 in care of the funeral home.
