Deborah Marie Marsh-Niccum

Deborah Marie Marsh-Niccum, 63, of Dillsboro passed away at 7:30p.m., Sunday, March 19, 2023 at the Waters of Batesville. She was born in Louisville on July 31, 1959 the daughter of Harold and Geneva Loyd Marsh. She was married to Terry Niccum on September 18, 1993 and he survives. Other survivors include one son Gabriel Marsh-Niccum and his fiancé Shania Kimla of Aurora; two grandchildren Lucas Kimla and Karlie Marsh-Niccum; one sister Donna Marsh of North Vernon. Mrs. Niccum was a 1977 graduate of Jennings County High School. She received her Bachelors Degree in Thanatology from Northern Kentucky University and her Masters Degree in social work from Spaulding University. Deborah owned and operated Country Serenity Counseling with locations in Rising Sun and Dillsboro and had owned and operated Designs by Debbie Flower Shop in Versailles. She was a former member of the Eastern Star and was always active in Republican politics. Deborah's wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
