Donald "Don" B. Gigerich

Donald "Don" B. Gigerich, 54, of Greendale passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at his residence in Greendale. He was born at Milan, Indiana on June 27, 1952 the son of Edmond and Mary Meierle Gigerich. He was married to Martha "Marty" Kennedy and she survives. Survivors include three daughters Abigail, Molly and Erin Reynolds all at home, three sisters Kay Gigerich of Aurora, Joyce Palmer of Aurora and Rita Smith of Angola, one brother: Lynn of Aurora. His parents preceded him in death. Mr. Gigerich, along with his wife, owned and operated the Custom Sign Shop in Lawrenceburg and was a 1970 graduate of Aurora High School. He was also a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lawrenceburg, Aurora Lions Club, Aurora American Legion, and River City Classics. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 11:30am at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lawrenceburg Rev. Joseph Feltz officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00am until time of services. Burial will be in the Greendale Cemetery in Greendale with full military rites. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice in care of the funeral home. Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles is handling the arrangements.
