**Dorothy Huntington**, 79, of Friendship passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at the Kings Daughters Hospital in Madison. She was born at Olean on January 22, 1933 the daughter of William and Lucy Lomatsch Otte. She was married to Larry "Whitey" Huntington on December 15, 1956 and he survives. Other survivors include two sons Tim (Jennifer) Huntington of Cross Plains and Mark (Mary) Huntington of Batesville; two grandchildren Hayley and Courtney Huntington; one sister Mrs. Marie Werner of Greenfield. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Ella West. Mrs. Huntington attended grade school in Friendship and was a 1951 graduate of Cross Plains High School. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church at Olean. She was a former employee of the Friendship State Bank and along with her husband owned and operated Whitey's Auto Shop in Friendship. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 23 at 11am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Olean with Pastor Ken Witt officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles and from 10am until time of services Thursday at the church. Memorials may be given to the Friendship Fire Department, St. Paul's Church, or St. Paul's Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
