Earl E. Ballard

Earl E. Ballard, 71, of Versailles passed away Sunday, July 03, 2005 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He was born at Madison on March 11, 1934 the son of Lawrence and Georgia Amos Ballard. He was married to Helen Holaway and she survives. Other survivors include two sons, Eddie Ballard of Simpsonville, South Carolina and Robert Ballard of Versailles; one daughter Kathy Ballard of Versailles; two brothers Paul Ballard of Florence and Thomas Ballard of Rising Sun; half-brother Louis Coy of Cincinnati and half-sister Lois Konkle of Somerset, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Michael. Mr. Ballard was a retired equipment operator for Cincinnati Building Supply. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 5 at 2pm at the Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles. Visitation will be Tuesday at 1pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorials may be given to the donors choice.
