**Edwin Sizemore,**
70, of Versailles
passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2012
at his winter home in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was born
at Manchester in Clay County, Kentucky on July 26, 1942
the son of Craft and Susie Britton Sizemore. He was
married to Lula Reed on June 29, 1962 and she survives.
Other survivors include one daughter Peggy (Jim) Fear of
Versailles; grandson Michael Fear of Versailles; two
sisters Ruth Hull of Holton and Marlene (Lowell) Jones of
Sebring, Florida; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He
was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew Mark
Hull. Mr. Sizemore was a 1960 graduate of Holton High
School. He was a retired farmer and had operated
Sizemore's Farm Equipment in Holton and along with his
wife owned and operated E & L Auto Parts. Edwin was a
member of the Butlerville Mennonite Church, the Holton
Masonic Lodge, and the Indianapolis Valley Scottish Rite.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 19
at 11am at the Butlerville Mennonite Church with Pastor
Dale Boyd officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4pm
to 7pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in
Versailles and also from 10am until time of services
Monday at the church. The Holton Masonic Lodge will
conduct services Sunday at 7pm at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Graham Creek Elementary
School PTO for the purchase of computers, the Butlerville
Mennonite Church, or the Holton Cemetery in care of the
funeral home.
