Evelyn Huntington

Evelyn Huntington, 77, of Osgood passed away Sunday, November 14, 2004 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She was born at Versailles on September 2, 1927 the daughter of Vaughn and Anna Prickett Hallgarth. Mrs. Huntington was a homemaker and had formerly been employed with Ohio Rod. Survivors include one daughter, Hope Schwanholt and her husband Doug of Versailles; one granddaughter Kaitlyn; three brothers, Jack Hallgarth and David Hallgarth both of Texas and Durwin Hallgarth of Hanover; two sisters, Hattie Webster of Madison, Wisconsin and Aldean Demaree of Greensburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Virginia Kennett, Helen Webster, Margaret Clayton and her brothers Robert, Lloyd, and Clayton Hallgarth. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 17 at 11am at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9am until time of services.
