Ferryl Smith, 91, of Warsaw, Kentucky formerly of Milan passed away Tuesday December 21, 2004 at the Gallatin Health Care Center in Warsaw. She was born near Osgood on August 5, 1913 the daughter of Wilbur and Louise Nosekabel Radican. She was married to Kenneth Smith and he preceded her in death on June 28, 1987. Survivors include her step-daughter Barbara Jean Smith of Warsaw; one niece, Kathy Williamson and family of Warsaw; one nephew Victor Radican and family of Sacramento, California along with several great-nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Horace Radican. Mrs. Smith was a 1931 graduate of Versailles High School and formerly worked at Ma Curry's Restaurant in Versailles. She was also a homemaker and a member of the Tyson United Methodist Church in Versailles. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 27th at 12 Noon at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Michael Hendrix of the Tyson United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00AM until time of services. Burial will be in the Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles. Memorials may be given to the Tyson United Methodist Church.
