Frances M. Deburger

Frances M. DeBurger, 88, of Carrollton, Kentucky, formerly of Versailles passed away Saturday, February 22 at the Green Valley Nursing Home in Carrollton. She was born in Shelby County, Indiana on April 22, 1914 the daughter of Okie and Jessie Schultz Shoppelle. She was married to Murrell DeBurger and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Wanda Shelton. She is survived by her son-in-law Ralph Shelton of Warsaw, Kentucky, grandsons Ricky Shelton of Carrollton and Randy Shelton of Erlanger, ten great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. Mrs. DeBurger was a homemaker and had operated DeBurger Kennels with her husband at Versailles and Carrollton. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 25 at the Shelby Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Harmon officiating. Memorials may be given to the donors choice. Stratton Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles is in charge of arrangements.
