George T. (Bo) Daily

George T. (Bo) Daily, 79, of Versailles passed away Friday, February 12, 2010 at St. Andrew's Health Campus in Batesville. He was born at Highland Park, Illinois on August 8, 1930 the son of George D. M. and Helen Rudolph Daily. He was married to Pat DeVore on March 16, 1952 at the Wirt Baptist Church and she survives. Other survivors include two sons George D. (Brenda) Daily of Columbus, Ohio and Daniel (Nicole) Daily of Moores Hill; two daughters Deborah (Steve) Haughee of Osceola and Gretchen (Jeff) Fuller of Milan; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; two sisters Joan Geisler and Pat (Wayne) Ralston both of Versailles. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Daily was a 1948 graduate of Central High School in Madison and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Olean. He worked as an accountant from 1964 to 1992 for Ohio Valley Paving in Carrollton, Kentucky. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 16 at 11am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Olean with Pastor James Culver officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5pm to 8pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorials may be given to the church or the Parkinson's Disease Foundation in care of the funeral home.
