Hank Graves, 64, of Versailles
passed away Saturday, November 20, 2004 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born in Rushville on June 27, 1940 the son of John and Lillian Gregg
Graves and was married to Pat Angus on July 15, 1967 and she survives. Other
survivors include four daughters, Jodi Comer and her husband Jason of
Osgood,
Jenny Graves, Molly Steele and
her husband Brian, and Katie Sheets and her husband Eric all of Indianapolis;
grandchildren Emily Huntington, Luke Comer, and Jack Steele; two brothers Lowell
Graves and his wife Ginny of Pensecola, Florida and Jerry Graves and his wife
Bernie of Cincinnati; two sisters Nancy Blake and her husband Don of Cincinnati
and Margie Malone of Florida. Mr. Graves was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam
era
and a member of the Versailles
American Legion. He was a coppersmith for Seagrams for 27 years retiring in
1995. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 23
at 10am at
the Tyson United Methodist Church in Versailles with Sandy Becker of the
Versailles American Legion officiating. Visitation will be Monday, November
from 5pm to 8pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in
Versailles. Burial will be in the Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles with
military graveside rites by the Versailles American Legion. Memorials may be
given to the Versailles American Legion in care of the funeral home.
