Jeanne Benjamin

**Jeanne Benjamin**, 58, of Versailles passed away Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born at Fayetteville, North Carolina on July 29, 1952 the daughter of Oliver and Martha VanderVelde Judd. She was married to Timothy Benjamin on December 31, 1986 and he survives. Other survivors include her father Oliver Judd of Muskegon, Michigan; daughters Dannielle O'Brien of Gilbert, Arizona and Rhyannon (Larry) Sanders of Waddell, Arizona; step-sons Terry Benjamin and companion Tracy Little of Okeana, Ohio, Scott Benjamin and companion Kim Ackley of Cleves, Ohio, Randy (Kim) Benjamin of Versailles, and Mike (Valerie) Benjamin of Batesville; 11 grandchildren; two brothers Randy Judd of Boulder, Colorado and John (Elizabeth) Judd of Muskegon, Michigan; one sister Susan Fern of Muskegon, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her mother Martha Judd and her brother Jeffery Judd. Mrs. Benjamin was a 1970 graduate of Muskegon High School and had worked in assembly for Hill-Rom at Batesville. She was a member of the Versailles Church of Christ. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 21 at 1pm at the Versailles Church of Christ with Dale Day officiating. Visitation will be at the church beginning at 12pm. Memorials may be given to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation or the Versailles Church of Christ in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home.
