Josephine Lochard

**Josephine Lochard**, 100, of Franklin passed away at 5:15am, Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the Indiana Masonic Home in Franklin. She was born at Batesville on April 12, 1920 the daughter of J. Francis and Ida Spencer Lochard. She was preceded in death by her parents and her companion Tommy Corcoran. Ms. Lochard was a 1938 graduate of Milan High School and received her Masters Degree from Indiana University. She spent her working career as a librarian, with most of those years spent in Florida. Josephine was an 80 year member of the Eastern Star. The Eastern Star will conduct services at 2:30pm, Monday, August 17 at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Burial will be in the Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles.
