Larry W. Webster

Larry W. Webster, 65, of Versailles passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. He was born at Madison on September 22, 1949 the son of Raymond and Emma Cathleen Hambrick Webster. He was married to Barbara "Jane" Kelly on January 24, 1969 and she survives. Other survivors include one son Larry "Budd" (Brandy) Webster II of Dillsboro; three daughters Tamara (Jim) Cline of Deputy, Laura (Greg) Meyer of Osgood, and Jamie (Eric) Whitham of Rexville; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; one brother Barry Webster of Vevay. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Raymond, Gregory, and Ricky Webster, and his sisters Sandra Upton and Patricia Jenkins. Mr. Webster was employed for 43 years with Batesville Casket Company where he worked as a group leader. Larry was a member of the Wilmington United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 28 at 1pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Jeff Limerick officiating. Burial will be in the Mud Pike Cemetery near Osgood. Visitation will be Saturday from 11am until time of services. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
