Lillian C. Feller, 90, of Versailles passed away Thursday, April 3, 2003 at the Waters at Ross Manor in Dillsboro. She was born at Allardt, Tennessee on April 26, 1912, the daughter of Carl and Rosa Schultz Diem. She was married to Arthur Feller on June 27, 1942 and he preceded her in death on January 20, 1990. Mrs. Feller was a homemaker and a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Olean. She formerly worked as a cook for the Wyler family in Cincinnati and was employed with the Streatman Biscuit Company in Cincinnati. She is survived by a step-daughter, Jean Scheibel of Guilford; one sister, Florence Bultman of Richmond and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Herman Diem, Otto Diem, William Diem, Henry Diem, and Hugo Diem; also by four sisters, Clara Jahnigen, Erna Werner, Bertha Marshall, and Lena Eaton. Funeral services will be Monday, April 7th at 11am at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Olean with Rev. Marcus Felde officiating. Burial will be in the Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles. Visitation will be Sunday, April 6th from 2pm to 4pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorials may be given to the Cliff Hill Cemetery.
