Lisa Burton

Lisa M. Burton, 55, of Versailles passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at her home. She was born in Cincinnati on November 3, 1970, the daughter of Dewey and Betty Williams Howard. She was married to Kenneth Burton on August 22, 1986 and he survives. Other survivors include her mother Betty Howard of Burlington, Kentucky; three sons Shelby (Cassie) Burton of Versailles, Kenneth (Breanna) Burton Jr. of Osgood, and Nathan (Casey) Burton of Versailles; one daughter Darlene (Dwane) Patrick of Versailles; 2 grandchildren Bentley and Emma Patrick; one brother Rex (Michelle) Howard of Delhi and their children, Tyler and Kylee; two sisters Tami (Phillip Morris) Howard of Burlington and their children, Branden, Kyle and Nikki and Bessie (Greg) Eversole of Norwood, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father and her brothers Dewey and Ray Howard. Lisa and Kenneth worked together at Floors and More in Madison as installers. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 5 at 12 p.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Randy Thieman officiating. Visitation will also be on Wednesday beginning at 10 a.m. Memorials may be given to the donor’s choice in care of the funeral home.
