Louise A. Miller

Louise A. Miller, 81, of Osgood passed away at 1:25pm, Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She was born at Jackson, Ohio on October 2, 1937 the daughter of Sollie and Virginia Tracey Miller. Survivors include her sister-in-law Georgia Miller Moore of Osgood, her nephews Ron (Regina) Miller of Milan and Rick (Ann) Miller of Bright; her niece Beverly (Wayne) Miller of Versailles. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Sollie Miller, Jr., her nephew Sollie Newton Miller, and her step-brother Conrad Miller. Louise was disabled and worked at New Horizons in Batesville. She had been a resident at the Manderley Health Care Center in Osgood since 2005 and the staff and residents there became her adopted family. Louise, or "Weezy" as she was known to everyone at Manderley, enjoyed playing bingo, pok-e-no, 500 rummy, and listening to Elvis. When she was able, Louise enjoyed attending the Little Memory Old Regular Baptist Church. Funeral services for Louise will be held on Sunday, January 20 at 3pm at the Manderley Health Care Center in Osgood with visitation beginning at 2pm. Burial will be in the Little Memory Cemetery near Sunman. Memorials may be given to the activities fund at the Manderley Health Care Center in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
