Margaret M. Peetz, 84, of Napoleon passed away Monday, September 13, 2004 at the Decatur Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. She was born near Batesville on December 20, 1919 the daughter of John and Elizabeth Fremdling Klusman. She was married to Clyde Peetz on January 25, 1947 and he preceded her in death on December 16, 1991. Mrs. Peetz was a 1938 graduate of Napoleon High School and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Napoleon. She was a homemaker, a former employee of Seagrams and had driven a school bus for the Jac-Cen-Del school system for several years. Survivors include one son John Peetz and his wife Marilyn of Osgood; two granddaughters, Amanda Comer and her husband Blake of Osgood and Julie Ann Obendorf and her husband John of Osgood. Mrs. Peetz was also preceded in death by her parents and her grandson Doug Peetz. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 17 at 11am at St. John's Lutheran Church in Napoleon with Pastor Gary Groth officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 16 from 5pm to 8pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorials may be given to the church in care of the funeral home.
