Mary C. Haynes

Mary C. Haynes, 51, of Batesville formerly of Friendship, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She was born in Cincinnati on August 3, 1952 and was married to George Haynes on September 5, 1999 and he survives. Mrs. Haynes was an employee of the New Horizons in Batesville. She is also survived by her son Russell Haynes and her daughter Tina Perry; one granddaughter Brittany Stroud all of Batesville; two brothers, Chuck Sturgill and Wade Lewis both of Cincinnati; three sisters, Barbara Smallwood of Canaan, Nuggett Sturgill of Cincinnati, and Regina Sturgill of Florida. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 14 at 11am at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with burial in the Akers Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9am Saturday until time of services. Memorials may be given to St. Judes Children's Research.
