Micah Hewitt

Micah J. Hewitt, 49, of Osgood passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026 at his home. He was born in Ft. Wayne on October 20, 1976, the son of Eugene and Beth Williams Hewitt. He was married to Angela Precht on October 15, 2005 and she survives. Other survivors include two sons Noah Joel Hewitt (Hailey Phillips) and Logan William Hewitt both of Batesville; one daughter Alexis Lee Collins of Batesville; two grandchildren Xavier and Elaina; one sister Sarah (Ryan) Tekulve of Batesville. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Hewitt was a 1995 graduate of Batesville High School. He served in the National Guard for 4 years and was employed with Geotill in Fishers where he worked as a drill foreman. Micah made a decision for the Lord and was baptized on May 30, 2026. Micah’s wishes were to be cremated and services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the Flat Rock Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
