Michael Huffmeyer

Michael Huffmeyer, 42, of Osgood passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Greensburg on October 12, 1965 the son of Norman and Alice Bodenburg Huffmeyer and his mother survives. He was married to Angie Thayer on April 17, 1993 and she survives. Other survivors include one son, Spencer and one daughter, Shelbie, both at home; his in-laws, Doug and Jerri Thayer of Osgood, two brothers, Doug and Susie and Gary and Donna, one sister; Cindy and Larry Menkedick. Mr. Huffmeyer was a 1984 graduate of Jac-Cen-Del High School. He was employed for more than ten years at Stones Farm Service in Greensburg where he worked as Mechanic. He was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church in Napoleon. Funeral services will be held at 10am Friday, February 29 at the church with Rev. Gary Groth and Rev. Don Buck officiating. Burial will be in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Napoleon. Visitation will be Thursday from 5pm to 8pm. Memorials may be given to the Huffmeyer Children Education Fund, Napoleon Vol. Fire Department and the St. John's Lutheran Church in care of the funeral home.
