Mildred Gault

Mildred Gault, 91, of Milan passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg. She was born near Dillsboro on August 21, 1919 the daughter of William and Mabel Lotshaw Meyer. She was married to Harold Gault and he preceded her in death on August 15, 1976. Survivors include two sons Gary (Karen) Gault of Cleves, Ohio and David (Vanessa) Gault of Moores Hill; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Ernest and Leonard Meyer. Mrs. Gault was a 1936 graduate of Versailles High School and was a homemaker. Mildred was a member of the Washington Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 13 at 10am at the Washington Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Fitzsimmons officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5pm to 8pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles and from 9am until time of services Friday at the church. Memorials may be given to the Washington Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.
