Onald Grigsby

Onald Grigsby, 76, of Osgood passed away Friday, May 7, 2010 at the Major Hospital in Shelbyville. He was born at Delaware on February 24, 1934 the son of Beckham and Cinda Branson Grigsby. Survivors include two sons Stanley Grigsby of Paris Crossing and Mark Grigsby of Aurora; one daughter Teresa Hays of Wisconsin; three sisters Mary Chapman of North Augusta, South Carolina, Wanda Santchez of Romules, Michigan, and Delores Steele of Fort Wayne; one brother Paul Grigsby of Rock Hill, North Carolina. Survivors also include his granddaughter Genny Gauck of Holton. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Jack Grigsby, and his sisters Becky Jordan, Irene Collins, LaVina Denny, and Olive Pennick. Mr. Grigsby served in the Air Force, retiring after 20 years. Services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the Grigsby Cemetery at Delaware. The Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles is in charge of arrangements.
