Paula Jean Jones

**Paula Jean Jones**, 51, of Osgood passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at her home. She was born in Cincinnati on February 29, 1960 the daughter of Donald and Jean Melzer Hicks. She was married to Marshall Jones on August 30, 1980 and he survives. Other survivors include her parents Donald and Jean Hicks of Cincinnati; two sons Thomas Jones of Osgood and Adam (Kristina) Jones of Holton; two daughters Jennifer (Trevor) Asche of Versailles and Kelli Jones and her companion Joel Carter of Osgood; 8 grandchildren; seven brothers Mark (Bev) Hicks, Robert (Liz) Hicks, Dean (Tina) Hicks, Jay (Rebecca) Hicks, Curt (Leanne) Hicks, Gary (Gina) Hicks, and Ron (Michele) Hicks all of Cincinnati; three sisters Jan (Steven) Hale, Joy (Joe) Neurohr, and Donna (Rick) Neville all of Cincinnati. Mrs. Jones was a 1978 graduate of Cincinnati Western Hills High School. She was employed with K B Specialty Foods in Greensburg where she worked in production. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September at 1pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Don Buck of the First Baptist Church in Osgood officiating. Burial will be in the Greendale Cemetery at Osgood. Visitation will be Saturday from 5pm to 8pm. Memorials may be given to the Hospice of Decatur County in care of the funeral home.
