Roberta "Tootie" Haag

Roberta "Tootie" Haag, 92, of Lawrenceburg passed away Thursday, February 24, 2005 at her residence. She was born at Lawrenceburg on September 25, 1912 the daughter of Robert and Caroline Messang Miller. She was married to Robert Haag on May 25, 1931 and he preceded her in death on December 14, 1973. Mrs. Haag is survived by her son Bill and his wife Sonja of Lawrenceburg; one daughter, Sue Karsteter and her husband Steve of Lawrenceburg; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; two sisters Jenny Burnett of Lawrenceburg and Mary Lou Getz of Madison; one brother Bob Miller of Memphis, Tennessee. Mrs. Haag was a mother and a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Greendale. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and Internationally Yours. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 28 at 2pm at the First Baptist Church in Greendale with visitation being from 12pm until time of services. Burial will be in the Greendale Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Greendale Rescue Unit or the First Baptist Church. The Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles is in charge of arrangements.
