Ronald Gray

Ronald Gray, 79, of Dillsboro passed away Friday, September 18, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was born near Olean on November 8, 1946, the son of Gilbert and Evelyn Lane Gray. He was married to Linda Disbro on December 14, 1968 and his wife of 57 years survives. Other survivors include one son Jason Gray of Dillsboro; one daughter Lisa (Chad) Bradley of Delaware; 5 grandchildren; two sisters Janice (Wayne) Linkmeyer and Hope Gray both of Versailles. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Brian, brothers Gene, Gary, John, Glenn, and Bob Gray, and his sister Wanda Hooton. Mr. Gray was a 1964 graduate of Cross Plains High School. He was a farmer and a 30-year employee of Cummins Engine in Columbus, retiring in 1995. Ron enjoyed reading and going to flea markets. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the Tanglewood Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the cemetery in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles
