Roseann Becktell

Roseann Becktell, 76, of Seymour passed away at 10:50 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour. She was born in San Diego, California on November 21, 1947, the daughter of Francis and Dorothy Flynn Druschel. Survivors include one daughter Diane Hext of Orlando, Florida; three grandchildren Benjamin Sturgeon, Lizzie Sturgeon, and Sara Hext all of Orlando; one brother Ronnie Druschel of Holton; two sisters Patricia Stidam of North Vernon and Linda White of Osgood. She was preceded in death by her parents. Ms. Becktell attended school at Holton and had worked as a secretary for the Kem-Lock Corporation. Roseann's wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services. Memorials may be given to the Holton Cemetery in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
