Sally A. Davison

Sally A. Davison, 58, of Versailles passed away Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She was born at the Margaret Mary Hospital on April 20, 1955 the daughter of James and Odella Fruchtnicht Booster. Survivors include one daughter Annie (Brandon) Knueven of Versailles; grandchildren Hunter and Julie Knueven; one brother Kenneth (Janet) Booster of Plainfield, Illinois; one sister Janice (Nick) Minkler of Lynchburg, Virginia; two nieces, three nephews, two great-nieces, and three great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Eric Davison. Ms. Davison was a 1973 graduate of South Ripley High School. She was a former employee of Versailles House and Garden, Touch of Country Florist, and was the current owner and operator of Davison's Floral in Versailles. Sally was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Napoleon. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 2 at 11am at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Pastor Jennifer Owen officiating. Burial will be in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery at Napoleon. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5pm to 8pm. Memorials may be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Rescue 69 in care of the funeral home.
