Tammy Waldon

Tammy Sue Waldon, 61, of Moores Hill passed away at 12:35 a.m., Saturday, May 9, 2026 at the Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She was born in Lawrenceburg on March 1, 1965, the daughter of William Braden Jr. and Wanda Lutherbeck Braden. Survivors include two sons Jacob Waldon of Bright and Donald (DJ) Waldon and his wife Ali of Brooksville, Florida, along with 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother William Braden, Jr. and her sister Debbie. Ms. Waldon was a 1983 graduate of Lawrenceburg High School. She was a former employee of Anchor Glass in Greendale and the Milan Dollar General Store. She loved collecting porcelain dolls and knick-knacks. Tammy enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, spending time with her kids and grandkids, and her dog Tinker. Tammy’s wishes were to be cremated and services will be held later at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be given to the Moores Hill Life Squad in care of the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
