**Terry Woolum**, 79, of Versailles
passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014 at his home. He was born near Alexandria in Campbell County, Kentucky on July 10, 1935 the son of Letcher and Lena Amstutz Woolum. He was married to Norma Hoeferkamp on October 24, 1959 and she survives. Other survivors include two sons Steve (Mary Ellen) Woolum and Michael (Michele) Woolum both of Versailles; three grandchildren Andrea (Josh) Cumberworth, Olivia (Thomas) Welch, and Logan Woolum all of Versailles; one brother Everett (Laura) Woolum of Galveston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Jeffery, and his sister Nancy Barker. Mr. Woolum was a 1953 graduate of Campbell County (Kentucky) High School and received his Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from the University of Kentucky in 1957. He had worked as the southeastern Indiana appraiser for the Farm Credit Association of Louisville, was also a farmer, and founder of Woolum Realty in Versailles. Terry was a member of the Madison Assembly of God Church and was a former member of the South Ripley School Board. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 21
at 11am at the Madison Assembly of God with Pastor Peter Joudry officiating. Burial will be in the Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles. Visitation will be on Monday from 5pm to 8pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles and on Tuesday from 10am until time of services at the church. Memorials may be given to the Madison Assembly of God, the Bridge of Hope food pantry, or the Good News Club of Southeast Indiana in care of the funeral home.
