**Tommy Davies**, 66, of Farmers Retreat passed away Thursday, February 03, 2005 at his residence. He was born on Davies Hill in Clay Township, Dearborn County on December 4, 1938 the son of Franklin and Anna Jacobs Davies. He was married to Frances Randall on September 17, 1960 and she survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Tina Devers and her husband Chuck of Fairland; three sons, Michael Davies and his wife Amy of Dewberry, Patrick Davies and Heidi of Rising Sun, and Franklin Davies and his friend Marie Meyer of Cross Plains; ten grandchildren; one sister Dorothy Snyder of Cincinnati; sisters-in-law Helen Davies of Olean, Betty Davies of Dillsboro, and Ellen Ann Carroll of Ross, Ohio; brother-in-law John Rodolo of Madison. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Nellie Rodolo, and his brothers Dale, Denver, and Floyd Davies. Mr. Davies was retired from Monsanto and was a Navy veteran. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 6 at 2pm at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Tom Fehrman officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 12pm to 2pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in the St. Peter's Cemetery at Olean. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Hospice of Dearborn County in care of the funeral home.
