Vivian Sutton, 83, of Oxford, Georgia, formerly of Osgood passed away Thursday, March 20 at Conyers, Georgia. She was born near Osgood on July 12, 1919, the daughter of Albert and Marie Kelly Hardebeck. She was married to George Sutton on December 18, 1942 and he preceded her in death in 1998. She is survived by her son George Sutton and his wife Sandra of Hamilton, Ohio; one daughter Ruby Rowlette and her husband Dale of Oxford, Georgia; eight grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers Roy Hardebeck of Osgood and Leo Hardebeck of Napoleon; three sisters Ruth Cole of Holton, Jeanette Clumper of Osgood, and Diane Shelton of Black Canyon City, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her sister Coleen Elston. Mrs. Sutton was a homemaker and a member of the Cedar Creek Community Church. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March at 2pm at the Stratton Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Garland Rudd officiating. Burial will be in the Cliff Hill Cemetery at Versailles. Memorials may be given to the Cedar Creek Community Church or the Cliff Hill Cemetery.
